  • Weekly optimization + monthly report

    Every 7 days: pause underperforming ads, expand winners, adjust audience budgets, monitor frequency to spot fatigue. Monthly written report covers cost per lead by audience, creative performance, and the test plan for next month. Looker Studio dashboard available for daily check-ins.

  • Ad spend on Meta (you pay Meta directly, no markup)
  • Photo or video production beyond simple ad creative variations
  • Landing page builds (separate service)
  • TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms outside Meta
  • Guarantee of specific lead counts

Honest note: Facebook and Instagram campaigns often work best when paired with strong landing pages and fast lead follow-up. If your team can’t respond to leads within an hour during business hours, paid social will underperform regardless of how well the campaigns are built.

Why Facebook/Instagram for home services? Aren’t homeowners on Google?

Both work, for different reasons. Google catches people actively searching right now. Facebook/Instagram catches people who need your service eventually but aren’t searching today, that 80% of your market that Google never reaches. Best results come from running both channels together.

How much ad spend should I budget?

Most contractor clients spend $1,000–$4,000/month on paid social. Smaller markets and narrower audiences can work at $800. Larger metros usually need $2,500+ to escape Meta’s learning phase quickly.

Do I need to provide photos and video?

Yes. This is the biggest variable in paid social success. Before/after photos, jobsite videos, team photos, finished work shots. We help you plan what to capture, but the actual content has to come from your business.

Who owns the Meta Business account and ad data?

You do. We get added as an admin or advertiser. You can revoke our access anytime. All ad accounts, pixels, audiences, and historical data stay with your business.

How is this different from boosting posts?

Boosting is to advertising what a bicycle is to a truck. Boosted posts have minimal targeting, no conversion tracking, no audience segmentation, and no optimization framework. Real Meta advertising uses Ads Manager with audience layers, custom conversions, and proper attribution.

Will iOS privacy changes hurt my campaigns?

They’ve reduced precision, yes, but we mitigate this with Conversions API setup, first-party data from your customer list, and audience strategies that don’t rely on cross-app tracking. Most of our paid social campaigns are performing better in 2026 than they were in 2022, despite the privacy changes.
