02 / Automate / Tool integrations

Connect your tools around the way your team works.

Move agreed information between forms, CRM systems, spreadsheets and other tools. Keep the source, destination and responsibility for each record clear.

Information often arrives in one system and is needed in another. A practical integration defines which fields move, when updates happen and which system is authoritative. We review those details before connecting the tools.

What we can include

The work behind this service.

The final deliverables are confirmed in your project scope.

  • Systems and access review

Identify the tools, accounts and available integration options. Confirm the supported connection method before committing to implementation.

  • Field and data mapping

Agree which information is transferred, how fields correspond and what should happen when a value is missing or invalid.

  • Update and ownership rules

Define the trigger, sync direction and source of truth. Clarify whether the connection creates records, updates them or does both.

  • Connection implementation

Build the agreed native integration, webhook or API connection using the permissions and actions in scope.

  • Validation and exception checks

Test representative records and agreed duplicate or error cases. Confirm how failed transfers are identified and handled.

  • Documentation and handover

Record the connected systems, field rules and dependencies. Explain how access changes or platform updates affect ongoing care.

Scope and fit

Make the right decision before work begins.

A useful starting point if…

  • Your team copies the same information between tools.
  • Forms, CRM records or spreadsheets need to stay connected for a defined process.
  • You can identify the owner and authoritative source for the information.

What we agree separately

  • Compatibility depends on the tools, account plans, APIs and permissions available.
  • Large data migrations, historical cleanup and new application development need separate scopes.
  • Third-party subscriptions, usage limits and ongoing support are confirmed before work begins.

Let’s talk

Let’s talk about tool integrations.

Tell us what is in place, what needs to improve and who the work needs to serve.

How we work

From a clear brief to working detail.

The schedule and review points are agreed around the requirements.

  1. 01

    Review

    Check the systems

Review the tools, available access and the information that needs to move.

  2. 02

    Map

    Define the connection

Agree the fields, triggers, sync direction, duplicate rules and ownership.

  3. 03

    Connect

    Implement and validate

Build the agreed connection and test representative records and exceptions.

  4. 04

    Maintain

    Explain the dependencies

Document the integration and agree how changes, alerts and support will be handled.

Illustrative example

A website form connected to a CRM

An inquiry can create a record with the agreed contact and service fields, then notify the relevant person. Rules can define how an existing record is updated and how incomplete or duplicate submissions are reviewed.

Example workflow or project approach. This is not a client case study or a promise of results.

Common questions

The detail before you decide.

Ask us a question →
Can any two tools be connected?

Not always. The available API, native integrations, account plan and permissions determine what is possible. We review those before recommending a connection.

Will the connection work in both directions?

Only if that behavior is supported and agreed. Two-way synchronization needs clear ownership and conflict rules; a one-way connection may be the better fit.

Can you migrate all our old records too?

Historical migration and data cleanup can be assessed separately. An ongoing integration does not automatically include moving or repairing the full history.

What if one platform changes its API or account access?

The connection may need an update. We explain the dependencies and agree who reviews alerts, maintains access and handles changes or support.
