01 / Build / Redesign & maintenance

A better website, starting with what you already have.

Your website may need a focused improvement, a wider redesign or a practical plan for ongoing care. We review the current setup before deciding what should change.

A full rebuild is not always the right starting point. The important work might be a clearer service page, a usable mobile menu, a repaired form or a more manageable update process. We separate the immediate priorities from longer-term improvements.

What we can include

The work behind this service.

The final deliverables are confirmed in your project scope.

  • Current-site review

Look at the agreed pages, platform and core visitor journeys. Identify the issues that affect clarity, usability or the ability to maintain the site.

  • Prioritized improvement plan

Separate essential repairs from design improvements and optional additions. Confirm which items belong in the project or maintenance arrangement.

  • Page and component redesign

Refresh the agreed layouts, navigation or reusable components while keeping the parts of the current site that still work well.

  • Content and link review

Check the content structure and agreed routes. Plan URL handling when pages move, with the specific changes recorded before release.

  • Agreed maintenance tasks

Define the updates, checks or content changes covered by ongoing care, including how changes are reviewed and when they are carried out.

  • Release checks and guidance

Check the affected pages and actions, review the changes and explain the next priorities or support arrangements.

Scope and fit

Make the right decision before work begins.

A useful starting point if…

  • You have a working site with clear areas that need improvement.
  • The mobile experience, navigation or inquiry process is getting in the way.
  • You want a defined arrangement for updates and routine site care.

What we agree separately

  • A redesign project and recurring maintenance have separate deliverables and terms.
  • Emergency response, recovery, hosting migration and extensive custom development require an agreed scope.
  • Third-party licenses and changes outside the maintained site are confirmed separately.

Let’s talk

Let’s talk about redesign & maintenance.

Tell us what is in place, what needs to improve and who the work needs to serve.

How we work

From a clear brief to working detail.

The schedule and review points are agreed around the requirements.

  1. 01

    Review

    Understand the current site

Review the agreed areas, access and known issues. Confirm the outcome you need.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

    Choose the right changes

Agree the improvement list, responsibilities and a practical sequence for the work.

  3. 03

    Improve

    Make and review changes

Update the selected pages or components and check the affected experience.

  4. 04

    Maintain

    Define ongoing care

Record what changed and agree the maintenance tasks, review schedule and next priorities where required.

Illustrative example

A useful site with an awkward mobile experience

A business can keep its existing content and platform while improving navigation, page layout and contact actions on smaller screens. A focused redesign addresses the agreed problems without requiring every part of the website to be replaced.

Example workflow or project approach. This is not a client case study or a promise of results.

Common questions

The detail before you decide.

Ask us a question →
Will you keep our existing content?

Content preservation is part of the review. We agree what stays, what is edited and what moves before making structural changes. Important existing material can be retained within the revised pages.

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

We review the platform, code, plugins and access first. That review determines whether a maintenance arrangement is practical and what it can cover.

Does maintenance include unlimited changes?

No. The included tasks, capacity and review process are defined in the agreement. Larger changes can be quoted as separate projects.

Can we request one improvement rather than a full redesign?

Yes. A specific problem can be scoped on its own when the existing setup supports it. We will explain any dependencies found during the review.
