Service · Advisory
Choose a practical direction for your marketing. We review your business, audience and current activity to recommend a channel mix, budget priorities and a plan your team can use.
What’s included
A 90-minute discovery session reviews your offer, customers, market, economics and current activity. A short questionnaire helps identify the information needed; only relevant business data is requested.
Review 3–5 relevant competitors, public pages and available advertising/search research. Third-party tools provide estimates and partial observations, not exact access to a competitor’s spend, accounts or results.
Review the accounts, pages and tracking you authorize us to access. Identify specific gaps and priorities using the evidence available, distinguishing confirmed issues from assumptions.
Recommend a suitable starting mix, spending priorities and review points. The plan explains assumptions and risks; it does not impose a universal budget split or promise a date for commercial results.
Provide a 12-month direction with near-term actions, dependencies and decision points. Later actions depend on what the team learns, rather than assuming spend or revenue will increase on schedule.
Deliver the strategy document and a 60-minute debrief within the typical 2–3-week project window after discovery and required information. One follow-up call takes place about two weeks after the debrief; it is included and may fall outside that delivery window.
Scope boundary
We’re explicit about scope so there are no surprises. These items are outside this service. Some are covered by other services we offer, some are not.
A strategy is useful when someone can act on it. We identify the owner of each priority and the information needed for a decision. You may implement the plan internally, use another provider or discuss a separate engagement with us.
