Your proposal names the pages, workflows, campaigns, review points and responsibilities. Added work is quoted before it starts.

When you pay

Project or milestone fees are invoiced before the agreed work begins. Monthly services are paid in advance; recurring enrollment needs your separate agreement.

What costs extra

Advertising, hosting, paid licenses, AI usage and other provider charges are itemized. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.

Delivery & cancellation

Your agreement states the start date, delivery schedule, support and refund terms. Monthly services use 30 days’ written cancellation notice unless a different term is accepted before payment.

Do I need a package from every category?

No. You can book a website project, a single integration or one marketing service on its own. We only recommend connected work where it helps your goals.

Are these prices in US dollars?

Yes. Prices are in USD. One-time, monthly and custom-quote options are identified on each card. Any applicable tax and separate provider charges are disclosed before payment.

Can I request a custom combination?

Yes. Tell us the outcome and the tools or services involved. We send a written proposal with scope, price, schedule and payment terms before you decide.

Does choosing a package start a subscription?

No. This page prepares an inquiry. It does not take payment or enroll you in a subscription. Monthly work begins only after the scope, billing and cancellation terms are agreed.

Can a package cost more than the amount shown?

For the stated scope, the listed fee is the baseline. If you need additional work, we quote that separately before you commit. We also identify provider charges, usage costs and applicable taxes.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Monthly services use 30 days’ written notice unless a different term is accepted before payment. Fixed projects, pilots and strategy engagements receive a full service-fee refund if cancelled before work starts. After work begins, completed work and approved non-recoverable costs are accounted for, and the unused prepaid balance is refunded. Does WordPress have a different website price?

The Launch and Business Website packages can use WordPress or another agreed build approach. The page count, functionality and project scope determine the package; premium licenses are separate.

Can I add maintenance after launch?

Yes. Website care is separate from the website build. We review the site and agree the plan, included work allowance and monthly terms before enrollment.
