What we do
These six services focus on customer acquisition. We choose the channels and approach around your business, audience and market.
Reach people searching for your services on Google. Search Ads, Local Services Ads where eligible, and YouTube, managed around your goals.
Put your business in front of the right audience with Facebook and Instagram campaigns designed around useful inquiries.
Help customers find accurate business information and useful service content in local searches.
Listing support on suitable platforms, with eligibility, publishing permissions and provider fees checked first.
Custom landing pages and ongoing optimization. Turn more ad clicks into booked jobs without spending more on ads.
Not sure where to start? We help you choose the right channels and allocate budget where it actually works.
The contractor's marketing problem
A campaign can generate interest while the route from inquiry to booked work remains unclear. Calls, form submissions and follow-up need to reach a team that can respond.
For contractors, service area, seasonality, job economics and crew availability shape the plan. Advertising and page content should reflect the work the business can actually accept.
We review the offer, customer journey, available tracking and response process together. The starting point may be a focused campaign, clearer local information or a better connection between an inquiry and the next action.
Planning the campaign
Review real service availability, peak-season capacity and the difference between repair, maintenance and installation inquiries.
Give repairs and replacement projects relevant messages and pages.
Show real opening hours and route inquiries to the available team.
Connect qualified inquiries and booked work where the data allows.
A planning example showing the work involved, not a reported client result.
Let’s talk
Tell us about your business on a 30-minute call. We'll show you what's possible, and whether we're the right fit.
No pitch. No pressure. Just a real conversation about your business.
Why Nexacraft
Our marketing experience includes home service businesses and other small businesses. Each campaign is planned around the market, customers and goals it needs to serve.
You see exactly what we charge, exactly what your ad spend is, and exactly what the campaigns delivered every month. No markup on ad spend. No vague reports.
Month-to-month engagements. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. We earn the next month by performing in this one.
Direct access to the team running your campaigns. Real phone, real email, real responses, not a ticketing system.
Our coverage
We’re not a regional shop. Our team has run customer acquisition campaigns in every US state across the four marketing channels that actually move the needle for home service businesses.

Nine trade guides explain relevant service, seasonal and customer-journey considerations. Your actual costs, customers and team capacity determine the plan.
How we work
Day 1
A 30-minute conversation about your business, service area, current marketing, and goals. No pitch. We listen first.
Week 1
We build the campaign plan, set up tracking, write the ad copy, and configure everything. Typically 5–7 business days.
Week 2+
Campaigns go live. We monitor daily, test variations, and adjust based on what's working.
Ongoing
A clear report at the end of every month. What ran, what it cost, what it delivered, what we’re changing next month.
How we work
Honest expectations
Most agencies sell certainty they can’t deliver. We’d rather lose the sale than lose your trust. Here’s what we tell every contractor before they sign anything.
Most campaigns take 60–90 days before performance stabilizes. The first month is data collection and optimization. Anyone telling you they’ll cut your CPL in half by week two is either lying or about to burn your budget.
We control campaign quality. We don’t control your competition, your service area population, seasonal demand, or your own sales process. Any agency “guaranteeing” 50 leads per month is moving the goalposts on what counts as a lead.
Not every contractor needs Google Ads. Not every market supports Facebook lead-gen. Some businesses are better served by Local SEO alone, or even just classified ads. If a channel won’t move the needle for your situation, we’ll tell you, even if it’s on our service menu.
This is the conversation every reputable agency has with prospects in private. We just put it on the homepage.
What clients say
Selected client feedback from marketing engagements. We’ll point you to verified third-party reviews on Upwork and Freelancer on request.
We were spending money on Google Ads without really knowing what was working. Adil’s team rebuilt our campaigns, set up call tracking, and we have a clear picture now. Cost per lead dropped within the first 60 days.
I had tried two other agencies before. Both locked me into a year contract and disappeared after the first month. Nexacraft is month-to-month and they actually respond. Refreshing.
What I appreciate most is the transparency. I see exactly what we’re spending on ads and exactly what they’re charging me. No markup games, no “trust us” reports.
Meet the team
Nexacraft Agency is operated by a small team providing websites, automation and digital marketing. We build the work around your business, customers and goals.
We operate as a remote team, with specialist collaborators where a project needs them. You have a named contact and a clear plan for the work and reporting.
“Most contractors don’t need complicated marketing systems. They need reliable lead flow, clear reporting, honest communication, and campaigns that make financial sense for their market and budget. That’s how we approach every engagement.”

Common questions
If your question isn’t here, send us a note. We’ll answer it directly.
Ask us anythingOur focused monthly marketing programs start at $800. Standalone services have their own prices and scopes; advertising spend and provider charges are separate. We publish our pricing tiers on the pricing page so you can see exactly what you’ll pay before getting on a call. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We do not mark it up.
No. Recurring marketing engagements are month-to-month. Website and automation projects have their own agreed scope and terms. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice for any reason. We earn the next month by performing in this one.
It depends on the channel. Google Ads can drive inquiries within the first week of launch. Local SEO typically takes 60–90 days to show meaningful ranking improvements. We’ll set realistic expectations during the discovery call based on your service area and competition.
It depends on your service area, your competition, your margin per job, and your current marketing setup. Some contractors are best served by Google Ads + Local SEO. Others get more from Facebook + classified posting. Our strategy consulting service exists specifically to help you make this decision before committing to anything.
A plain-English written report at the end of every month, sent via email. It covers: what campaigns ran, what they cost, what they delivered (leads, calls, inquiries), what we tested, what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re changing for next month. No dashboard logins required. No 40-page PDFs you won’t read.
Those are lead resale platforms. They sell the same homeowner inquiry to multiple contractors. With us, every lead from your campaigns is yours alone. You also own the ad accounts, the keyword data, and any organic ranking growth.
We work with businesses across industries. Our marketing operating experience is in US markets; market coverage, channel suitability and project requirements are agreed before work begins.
After the discovery call, we send a proposal. Once you approve it, we collect access to your existing accounts (Google, Meta, GBP, etc.), do a full audit, build your campaign plan, set up tracking, write the ad copy, and launch. Typical timeline from contract to live campaigns is 5–7 business days.
How we work
The three commitments behind every Nexacraft engagement.
No 6-month or 12-month contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. If we’re not earning our keep, you shouldn’t be locked in.
Every tier on our pricing page lists what you pay and what you get. No percentage-of-spend markups, no hidden fees, no “custom quote” gotchas.
Each service page lists exactly what’s included and what isn’t. You always know what work happens each month and what reports you’ll get.
